Start Your Journey! Begin 12 Week Transformation

To start this journey you will want a MAP, a MAP that will guide you to arrive at your destination and achieve your goals. That MAP is YOUR VISION. Being able to picture and define your DREAM Body, your DREAM Nutrition, and your DREAM Mindset is the first step. This program helps you define your map with exploring your VISION, PASSION AND KNOWLEDGE…also known as the “3 Keys To Success.” This seminar is available on your DVD set and you will want to watch it the first week along with the “In The Mirror” documentary. In addition to following the Guidebook, I can personally help you define and create YOUR MAP if you want individualized attention with one to one personal trainings. LET’S GET YOUR MAP!!! And recognize your LIFE LINE.

I believe and visualize my life as a line from A to Z. MY LIFE LINE.

I am born in one day, I will die in one day, I fell in love in one day, I changed in one day (“In the Mirror” documentary covers that and those of you following my blog know about my recent fork in the road decision that saved my marriage), Anything, can happen in just one day.

So it is along this LIFE LINE that I have been living and making my decisions. I can show you times in my life when I veered far away from my line. Turning, swerving and curving away from my CENTER.

This line is a constant, it is SET. It represents my life being the BEST ME POSSIBLE. Staying close to the line means I easily make choices and decisions that make my journey feel effortless, beautiful, happy, fun. It helps me feel centered, content and at peace.

The line is happening no matter what I do, however, the more aligned I am with my authentic self, the closer I stay to the line. As I fracture off, as negative beliefs take hold and form in my CORE I get further from the line. And the further I am from the line the more tumultuous my journey feels and becomes.

Alignment – a position of agreement

When I talk about alignment, I am talking about your HEART, MIND, AND BODY ALL BEING IN AGREEMENT. When aligned, Your HEART, Your MIND & Your BODY spend every single second uplifting and celebrating YOU, your authentic self.  When you are aligned on the inside it shows on the outside. Your HEART, MIND AND BODY will not feel discord, tension, or be in conflict. When HEART, MIND and Body are on the same page, you don’t need will power. When you align your HEART, MIND AND BODY the work in conjunction, work TOGETHER, with all of their might and all of their power, to achieve your GOALS, Your DREAMS.

The goal of FLiP: Start With Happy! is to be in ALIGNMENT. To be HAPPY, HEALTHY AND FIT for Life. So let’s define what we are looking to accomplish.


Cheerful, joyful, jovial, gleeful, carefree, untroubled, delighted, smiling, beaming, grinning, in good spirits, in a good mood, lighthearted, pleased, content, satisfied, gratified, buoyant, radiant, sunny, joyous, beatific; fortunate, lucky, favorable, advantageous, opportune, timely, well-timed, convenient.

1. Feeling or showing pleasure or contentment.

2. Having a sense of confidence in or satisfaction with a person, a arrangement, or situation.

3. A Willingness to do something.


The English word "health" comes from the Old English word hale, meaning "wholeness, being whole, sound or well.” good health, full strength, robust and vigor, freedom from signs of disease.

1. A state of dynamic BALANCE in which an individual's or a group's capacity to cope with all the circumstances of living is at an optimal level.

2. A state characterized by anatomic, physiologic, and psychological integrity, ability to perform personally valued family, work, and community roles; ability to deal with physical and social stress; a feeling of well-being, and to function optimally with freedom from the risk of disease and untimely death.


Suitable, appropriate, competent, able, capable, qualified, trained, equipped, ready, prepared, all set, likely, healthy, well, in good health, in good shape, trim, in good condition, fighting fit, as fit as a fiddle; athletic, muscular, well-built, strong, robust, in the pink, sexually attractive; good-looking, join, connect, put together, piece together, attach, unite, link, correlation, agreement, consistency, compatibility.

1.  Suitable to meet the required purpose.

2.  Having the skills to undertake something competently.

3.  In good health, esp. because of regular physical exercise.

4.  To be of the right size or shape to occupy a particular position or place

I would like to create a safe space, an atmosphere within TEAM HAPPY to allow everyone to explore their Authentic Selves and discover for themselves how to become HAPPY, HEALTHY AND FIT. Please allow, give permission and support to everyone in the group and to YOURSELF to create and have our own personal VISION of our dream body, our dream nutrition and our dream mindset.

I'm a personal trainer. I'm a professional dancer. This is my livelihood. Included in MY vision is the desire to be an inspiration of HAPPY HEALTHY AND FIT to others. I want to walk the walk. The more aligned I get with myself on the inside the easier it is to truly be MY AUTHENTIC SELF, MY MOST HAPPIEST, HEALHIEST, AND FITTEST SELF.

I will support you. And I ask, in turn, for your support and for you to support those around you on this journey.

Start aligning right now! 

Start with saying a simply thought…”this program works and it works for me.” Rid yourself of conflicting thoughts, start flipping negative thoughts that have held you back in the past and get on board whole-heartedly and you will have a whole-hearted experience. **Please share with me some examples of thoughts you have had in the past when starting a fitness program? Let’s flip them!

And here's the beautiful thing, you don't even have to believe these new thoughts, just begin with saying the new positive thoughts and commit to not repeat the negative old ones anymore. You FLIP it first, BELIEF comes second. 

I have gone through much transformation and much of it very recently. I feel I am the closest that I have ever been to celebrating and being my AUTHENTIC SELF and living my AUTHENTIC LIFE. I feel in totally alignment on the inside and it shows on the outside. And you will feel it from me. This journey is LIFE LONG. It will not be mastered overnight. I have become a Master Teacher and Trainer after years of learning it, living it and teaching it. A true teacher stays vulnerable, never stops learning and continues till their dying day to expand their skills and comfort zone. I wear my heart on my sleeve, I am honest about my journey. You will witness my mistakes, you will watch me grow and you will SEE me SHINE. Right now you are embarking on the LEARNING STAGE and in 12 weeks, my hope is that you will begin the LIVE IT STAGE and then, you become a TEACHER too, passing it on through your LIVING EXAMPLE.

I have experienced and learned without a doubt that no one can HURT or HEAL me. I am the only one with the power to do that. It is the same for you. It is totally all in your power. I have zero capacity to take anyone where they are unwilling to go. No need to fear digging too deep or getting overly emotional. You will only go to where you are ready to explore. And remember, it is not about RE-LIVING it is about RE-VISITING, FLIPPING and letting it GO!! You control the outcome on this program.

I also had to learn that as much as I want to, I cannot CARRY anyone else across the finish line to reach their goals. Believe me, I tried, but, my shoulders and my heart could not handle the load. What I can do is CARE. I can care and cheerlead you on to reach your destination. I will do it with a smile and with tears…when necessary. Yet in the end, all the power to achieve is ALREADY INSIDE YOU! It may be covered right now with layers of cells and past negative thoughts. But, know that Your Authentic Self is just waiting to rise to the surface and shine. SHE WANTS OUT AND WANTS TO SHOW HERSELF TO THE WORLD!

This is the opportunity to be a HERO in your own life and to start saving yourself:
