Dancer’s Body® SCULPT
Dance fitness that is fun and easy to follow, with a variety of styles and music that MOVES you. A focus on flat abs and a long lean physique. Dynamic, multi-directional movement combined with flexibility and intense CORE training to burn fat, build strength, enhance coordination and prevent plateau.
Dancer’s Body® YOGA
A fusion of dance, music, flexibility and yoga pose variations. Taught in a warm room and structured to get your internal heat and heart rate up while sculpting the long lean physique of a dancer. Promotes balance, flexibility, CORE strength and mind-body awareness.
