    The last 3 months have been a fun journey! I started TAMJAMS knowing that I'm not a dancer, however the program sounded like it would be a lot of fun and it was! I have lost a total of 25 lbs over the last few months, my pant size has gone from a 36-38 to a 34, I have lost inches in the waist and hips but more importantly gained muscle in the arms, calves and thighs. What a great program! I still remember Tamara telling us in our 3 keys to success that she was not going to teach us anything we did already know, she was going to teach us how to use the knowledge we have; and she was right.     My journey with TAMJAMS has overall been a very positive one. I have to admit, I wasn't sure how it was all going to turn out during the first month. But I decided no matter what, at the beginning I was going to go ahead and follow the instructions and follow the program anyways. I had very high hopes the first week, and an "ideal" picture of what I wanted to happen. I was going to lose 30 lbs. in 3 months. When my first month went so slow with both inches and weight loss, I got a bit discouraged, I have to admit and started to doubt myself. But I "flipped" that way of thinking and just went forward towards whatever was suppose to happen and whatever rate it was going to happen.

    I love the vision and the knowledge and that has what helped me the most, well that and having fun while getting great work outs. I love food journaling now because it has been so liberating. I really enjoy eating again. I am having so much more than I was before. The challenge has been controlling the fats and getting the carbs and prtein. Yep getting the carbs. The first bread roll I got to enjoy with food journaling was amazing, no guilt.

    I feel like I have been on a "diet" or worrying about being on one for my entire life. I was always looking for the next best program for me. I jumped around from diet to diet or the next best pill or workout program. With Tamara's program I finally feel like I have found what I will be doing for the rest of my life.     I wanted to do this program because I hated the way I looked and felt! I had bad self-esteem and I just wasn't very happy. I needed something to motivate me to change and get moving. This was just what I was looking for. It has turned out to be a lot more then I expected, in a good way! I have learned SO much. I have had somewhat of a rollercoaster ride during the 3 months with my motivation, which in turn affected how well I worked out and ate. I'm human though and it happens. The thing is that I realize that and that I can jump right back on.
